Removing The Foreskin of Your Heart

By Yang Kang Lim And the LORD your God will circumcise your heart of your descendants, to love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul, that you may live. -Deuteronomy 30:6 Circumcision has a marvelous spiritual significance. For one thing, a believer cannot receive his inheritance until he is circumcised. This was true outwardly for an Isrealite, and it is true inwardly for a Christian. There is no inheritance until we are circumcised in our hearts. God told Abraham that before he and his descendants could inherit the land of Canaan, they had to be circumcised (Gen. 17:1-14). Circumcision is to cut away the flesh. Spiritually, it is cutting away of the natural, sinful, Adamic nature we are born with. Uncircumcision represents uncleanness. It means that what we are born with has not yet been dealt with. It signifies that the old nature, with its wrong desires, ways, thought patterns, and responses, still remain. “How can a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed according to Your word” (Ps. 119:9). How does God circumcise our hearts? By the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God applied to our lives by the working of the Holy Spirit. There are a few evidences of a circumcised heart: (1) A circumcised heart is compliant. “Therefore circumcise the foreskin of your heart, and be stiff-necked no longer” (Deut. 10:16). To be “stiff-necked” is to be rebellious, inflexible and stubborn. (2) A circumcised heart does not resist the Holy Spirit. “You stiff-necked and uncircumcised in hearts and ears! You always resist the Holy Spirit; as your fathers did, so do you” (Acts 7:51). (3) A circumcised heart does not resist preachers sent by God (7:52). (4) A circumcised heart is humble, broken and repentant. “But if they confess their iniquity and the iniquity of their fathers, with their unfaithfulness in which they were unfaithful to Me, and that they also have walked contrary to Me … if their uncircumcised hearts are humbled, and they accept their guilt–then I will remember my covenant…” (Lev. 26:40-42). (5) A circumcised heart is quick to forgive and release people for the offenses they have committed. A hardened heart cannot easily forgive but remembers and cherishes grudges (Matt.19:7-8; Mark 10:4-6). Ask the Holy Spirit to enter your heart and take the sword of the Spirit to remove the unwanted nature of your flesh, that you may enter into a more intimate relationship with God. The Art Of Flirting

By Jamie Leo Believe it or not, there is an ART to flirting. Here are few tips thatll keep the ladies intrigued: 1. Dont ask for our number right off the bat. It makes you look like a weirdo, and we dont want a potential psycho-stalker to have any of our vital information. If you and I havent talked for at least 15 minutes, the answer is no. 2. Dont yell things at us when were driving. Do you really think were going to pull over and talk to you? Seriously, I dont understand what you are trying to accomplish with that. 3. Dont stare. Again, you look like a weirdo. How about a nice smile and nod instead? Look, and then look AWAY. This says, Im interested AND Im not an escaped mental patient. 4. Dont expect us to talk to you if you buy us a drink from across the bar. Its a nice gesture and everything, but it doesnt make us feel obligated to come over there. If you want to talk to us, make some kind of effort. We dont like guys that are too much of a puss to come over and say hi. 5. Dont call us on the same night we met. It makes you seem desperate and kind of creepy. Wait until tomorrow. 6. Dont talk about how wonderful you are. If you are, in fact, awesome, we can figure it out for ourselves. 7. Just because we are out with a bunch of girls doesnt mean we are single or that we want to talk to you. If you approach us in a group, we know what youre after. Wait until the right moment to say something privately to the girl you really like. Thats all Ive got for now, but trust me and I feel a part 2 coming on. A few more nights of bar hopping and Ill have a whole another set of dos and donts. Good luck, gentlemen! Do Not Throw Away Your Old Cell Phone! Trade it In, Get Cash and be Eco-Friendly

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Thomas_Arouet]Thomas Arouet What to Do With Your Old Cell Phone So you have just received your new cell phone, an ultramodern gadget packed with features that until a few years ago were likely to exist only in Agent 007’s secret tuxedo-pocket. As you eagerly open the FedEx package, you happen to glance at your old phone, which has served you well and is now staring at you wondering: what will be my destiny? The good news for your trusty old companion is that it can still serve many useful purposes, including getting you cash back, being reused, or at least ensuring that our environment is not polluted by non-biodegradable and often hazardous electronic waste. Have You Considered the Trade-In Option One of the smartest ways to dispose of your old cell phone is by trading it in for cash with an organization that will either reuse it or recycle it. Besides being generally easy, quick and hassle-free, this option has two benefits: firstly, it turns your old phone into cash in your pocket; secondly, it keeps the phone and the materials of which it is made out of our environment. In general, as long as what you trade in is in usable condition and does not have cracks, missing pieces or a broken screen, these companies will compensate you for your old cell phone. How much money you will get depends on the condition of the phone you are returning. Naturally, the better the condition of the phone you return, the more money you will get: for instance, a Motorola RAZR in very good condition can get you over $40, while a more advanced model such as the T-Mobile Sidekick in the same condition can be worth as much as $120. So, depending on the price you had paid for the cell phone you are now trading in, you will either recoup a good portion of it or actually end up making money. In either case, this is a better option than letting your old cell phone languish in a drawer or, worse, dispersing it in the environment. Because no matter what the condition of your old cell phone, cell phone trade-in organizations will generally ensure that if it cannot be reused, it is recycled. Electronic waste can be a significant pollutant, especially considering that upward of a hundred million cell phones are retired each year. The Simple Process of Trading In Your Cell Phone Trading in your old cell phone is simple and, depending on the company you choose, may not even require you to leave your computer desk. You commonly log on to the site of the organization accepting trade-ins, identify your cell phone make and model as well as the condition in which (to the best of your assessment) your cell phone is. The last step consists of mailing your cell phone to them. Afterwards, you typically wait a couple weeks for the company to check out your handset and make sure it’s really in the condition you describe, then you will get the trade-in value of the phone. Please visit [http://www.cellphonetradeins.com]cellphonetradeins.com to find our more about how to dispose of your old cell phone in a safe and responsible manner–while getting cash for it. Find Romance

By Kum Martin As much as the proponents of online dating would like to protest, internet is filled with predators who are constantly prowling and lurking around to see how they can take advantage of gullible of surfers. I am sure that if you have been online chat rooms, you would have stories to tell about your experiences and how someone actually tried to take advantage of your presence. With all these horror stories, online dating is still extremely popular and thanks to the couples who have had the courage to disregard all what they have heard and gone ahead and found their perfect partners. Online dating opens a whole new dimension for you where geographic boundaries and language barriers become inconsequential. Online dating allows you to meet people such like you who are looking for a soul mate and the choice is so astounding that it becomes difficult to choose. In the past online dating was not for nave. One had to take so many precautions that left you wondering whether the entire effort was worth it. Wouldnt it have been better if you just went out with the acne faced pastors son who knows you from the time you were in pigtails? Anyone reluctant to share information on online dating obviously has something to hide and your alarm sirens would start beeping like mad even if you think the person was perfect for you. However, in order to combat these situations, many online dating sites have resorted to prescreening applicants to ensure that the applications are genuine and people registering are normal and not looking to take advantage. However, you are still advised by these sites to take your own precautionary measures before agreeing to meet your prospective partner. Online dating is fun and you can be sure that there is someone perfect waiting for you somewhere. If you take all the precautionary measures, you can be sure you will find the person you have been waiting all your life for. Online dating allows you to meet people of different shapes and sizes, different age groups and nationalities. Do not let skeptics and cynics stop you. Overcoming Wedding Jitters

By Lorna Mclaren Getting married is said to be one of the most stressful events in a persons life and almost everyone suffers from last minute nerves or wedding jitters. The important thing is to keep these wedding jitters under control and not let them ruin your big day. Having a few nerves and jitters is perfectly normal and the adrenaline can actually help you cope with being the centre of attention if you are a little on the shy side. One of the best ways to help calm wedding jitters is to sit quietly, just before the service and, if need be, remind yourself exactly why you want to get married! Often the bride or groom will have a drink or two before the ceremony to help lessen their wedding jitters but dont let this go too far. It is nice for the bride-to-be to share a glass of champagne with some of her closest female friends while she is getting herself dressed and having her hair and make-up done. This can often relax her and create a celebration atmosphere which will dispel any serious wedding jitters. I think that the main cause of wedding jitters is often the thoughts of something going wrong on the big day, rather than actually being worried about whether they are making the right decision. Preparation is always the key and if you are panicking about whether the rings are safe or if you will fluff your words then dont let these wedding jitters get in the way of what is going to be a beautiful day. Relax and enjoy it! Find out all you need to know about planning your special day at a1-ourwedding.com where you can organise your wedding in your pj’s!! Cosmetic Surgery Surgeons: How To Select A Good One

By Nicola Kennedy Making the decision to undergo cosmetic surgery can be an overwhelming and life-changing decision. However, the question of choosing the right surgeon for the job can leave you equally perplexed. There is no dearth of cosmetic surgeons, but it is imperative that you chose a surgeon with loads of experience in the field of cosmetic surgery. You may find an expert surgeon in your vicinity, or you might have to travel a few hundred miles in your quest for the best. But the initial botheration will surely yield fruitful results. To expedite your search for an expert cosmetic surgeon, it is crucial that you crosscheck their credentials prior to undergoing surgery. Check if they are certified by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons or some other prominent cosmetic surgery board. You could crosscheck your states medical board to verify the surgeons credentials. Having narrowed down on one or two superlative surgeons it is time for an elaborate consultation. The most common aspects that you may focus on during an initial consultation are as follows:- - You may inquire about the cosmetic surgeons area of expertise. - Ensure that the surgeon has performed a substantial number of cosmetic surgery procedures. - Make sure that the surgeon wields the best technological equipment available. - If price is a factor, check if the expenses incurred meet your budget. - Ask the surgeon for pictures of his/her earlier patients, depicting both pre and post-surgery images. - Cosmetic surgery, like any other surgical procedure, involves risks and complications. The surgeon must not dismiss the risks of surgery, and should be willing to discuss any possible complication of cosmetic surgery. - Most importantly, ensure that the surgeon will be actively involved in post-operative care. - And finally, shun away any sales gimmicks or unrealistic bargains. On the whole, an excellent result largely depends on the expertise of the cosmetic surgeon. Hence, choose a surgeon with discretion, since a successful cosmetic surgery could give you a huge boost. Have Fun and be Creative - Get the Look for Less

By J T Taylor Hands up all those who have visited a Garden Centre or DIY Store looking for something to add that touch of wow to the garden. Lets face it, whats on offer is not exactly going to be unique is it? So instead of running with the crowd, why not go for something different! Go Green Have fun and be creative. Salvaging and recycling can be so much more than just composting green waste. Think of all the other items that are cast aside in the throes of so many re-vamps and make-overs: brick, stone, redundant furniture, old sinks, cast iron bathtubs, the list goes on. Real Rubbish Garden! At Chelsea a few years ago, the RSPBs Real Rubbish garden designed by Claire Whitehouse demonstrated how reclaimed and re-usable materials could be incorporated in a contemporary garden. Use some imagination Salvaging is all about using your imagination. Rather than throwing out items without a second thought, stop a minute and apply a bit of lateral thinking. Could it be recycled or re-used in other ways? We all make regular visits to our local tip to dispose of rubbish. How often do you stop and look at items others have thrown out? What treasures could you have missed? Plastic coleslaw and salad pots make excellent seed storage containers. Old toilet-roll centres are perfect for starting off broad bean seeds whose deep roots wont be disturbed when it comes to planting them out in their own bio-degradable cells. Old wooden pallets can be turned into the perfect compost bin (who says five into one, wont go!). Even the most unlikely items can be reborn; an old lavatory pan becomes a witty planter; a discarded bath becomes a herb garden. Its not really a new idea either. We all remember the ubiquitous white-washed split tyre planters that appeared everywhere in the seventies but its not so easy to do the whole cut-and-turn thing since the advent of steel belting but a couple of worn-out tyres makes a useful container for any plant thats a bit thuggish and likes to muscle in on its neighbours. I use mine to corral an unruly spread of mint whereas at CAT (The Centre for Alternative Technology at Macynlleth in Wales) they use a tyre stack as a composter. Small but nonetheless efficient. Create something different Its surprising how many old wheelbarrows you will come across on a visit to your local Council Tip A wheelbarrow provides plenty of scope for decorative planting and can usually be picked up for around a fiver. Itll be well-used and showing signs of age, which is perfect for the purpose. If youre feeling really industrious, you could give it a coat of Hammerite to make it look pretty, otherwise just drill or punch some drainage holes, plant up and enjoy. And an added bonus with a wheeled planter is if you fancy a change of scenery, its easy enough to move it around. Need a piece of art to create a focal point? An old push mower or lawn roller takes on a sculptural quality when set against a dry-stone wall and glimpsed through a blossom-clad arch. The same may be said for an old-fashioned horse-drawn ploughshare - make sure you have the space though. Dont overlook old furniture either. You could pick up an old chest for a few pounds and with a lick of paint it can be used to store hands tools, riddles, dibbers and the like and - with a bit of weather-proofing even turned into a tiered display area. When it comes to re-using and recycling we are only limited by our imagination. Discover that elusive bargain Having recently moved home and inherited a garden that beckons contemplation, I decided it was necessary to procure some seating that befitted the task. Disappointed at the sameness of the choices on offer I decided to search for an alternative that I found in the shape of a rather handsome bent-wood rocker. All it needs is some slight attention to a loose splat and a bit of refinishing in order to withstand the elements. Im looking forward to sitting it on the side lawn beneath the boughs of a knarled apple tree and shall inset some bricks (reclaimed of course) in the grass to avoid the rockers becoming entrenched. For 5.00 Ive bought my own little oasis of calm and tranquillity. Council Tips are not the only places to look of course. If you are looking for something with a bit of age and different Auction Houses and Salvage/Reclamation yards are a good place to start you could find Youll only find new ones in shops. There are reclamation and salvage yards, second-hand stores and even auction houses all of which are comparable to the fabled Aladdins cave. Salvage and reclamation is pretty big business these days and it pays to shop around. If you have a project in mind, particularly if you live in a period property, there is no better place to scout around to find authentic and original every-day objects and architectural features to breathe new life into your garden. Keep an eye out for weathered statuary and chimney pots that look terrific planted up or can be used as rhubarb forcers or celery blanchers. Fancy a bog garden? A cast iron bath and Im not suggesting some exotic 400 French jobbie, cheap an cheerful is the order of the day here - sunken into the ground (plug removed of course) is the perfect container. Most towns have an Auction house but be aware that there will be few bargains to be found on Antique or Collectable days. Sometimes you may find Specialist sales with a horticultural or agricultural bent and you may a find a bargain here but broadly speaking, a General Sale is your best bet. General sale days are great fun because the range of goods on offer is so wide, everything from ceramics to furniture and everything in between. Take advantage of the viewing opportunities and dont be afraid to ask the Saleroom Staff how much they think something might fetch and if they think it will be popular. With a bit of homework you may pick up a really bargain. Whether its an old wheelbarrow, planter, pot, chair or statue; reclaimed and recycled items add a touch of individuality and character to a garden and thats something you wont find on the shelves at any out-of-town mall. Whats in your garden? When it comes to recycling in the garden, dont forget the plants themselves. That Rose of Sharon may be the bane of your herbaceous border but to someone else, it represents a brilliant bit of instant ground cover so dig it out, pot it up and pass it on or even sell it at the Car Boot! Recycling is all about sustainability, all about making the very most out of what we have. So get involved. Visit your local tip, look for items to recycle and re-use in the garden. Go round reclamation yards, auction houses and even have another look in your own back yard. At worst, youll save some money and who knows, you may find a hidden gem. Whatever you do, have fun and rejoice in the fact that what youre doing is literally not costing the earth. Tim Taylor is a freelance writer and keen gardener. Fall Is The Time To Prepare For Winter With Mulching And Pruning

By James Ellison Here it is fall and the garden is ready to snooze. Hold it, there is more work to be completed. Some mulching and some pruning. Those fallen leaves and dying annuals are not for the trash but that organic material is black gold for the garden. A step that is both ordinarily and commonly neglected, to lay the garden to bed for the winter, is the addition of organic matter. More people should use organic matter in their beds rather than casting off their yard waste.See, this is right at our feet, yard waste. It has to be raked or mowed, so why not utilize it for Mother Nature’s blanket - mulch. It is impossible to put too much organic matter into the soil. Fall is a good time for many reasons. One good reason is all of the materials that you want are there for free, leaves and dying plants. A good suggestion is piling up leaves, grass clippings and dead plants (those free from disease) and going over them with a mulching mower, then putting them into the garden bed. How much benefit can a few inches layered on garden beds really help? A lot. The very best thing a gardener can do to better their soil is add organic matter. It increases the water capacity and nutrient holding capacity of the soil. It assists in making minerals available for plants. While it accumulates, it binds clay particles into larger sums, improving aeration and drainage. And don’t forget, gardening success always begins from the ground up. Alright, so it seems many gardeners are taking for granted the most important resource in the yard which is the soil. Now where do we begin? Run over that grass and leaves with a mulching lawnmower is recommended. This will shred the material into tiny pieces, and it can be left on as a top dressing. Put on two or three inches. If you have mulch already down, rake that back, apply to the surface the shredded organic matter and then return the mulch on top. Working with mulch Some jobs done in the fall will determine the success of the next gardening year. Mulching is one of these chores, particularly if you have put new perennials to the garden this fall. To mulch or not to mulch is highly talked about. Many experts claim that if you mulch too soon, it will cause new growth and give the plant a falsified view of the true temperatures. Other people say mulching is essential to ensure tenderness, and new perennials are provided a good foundation in which to root. One thing is for certain, just add mulch after you have cleared away any unwanted waste from the base of the plant. It is also best to wait until the ground is frozen. Garden advice when less than 5% of our soils are composed of organic matter. Apply 25 to 50 pounds of compost per 100 square feet yearly. Mulching over the winter works as an insulating blanket, keeping the soil from buckling from constant freeze and thaw cycles. If you plant perennials this fall without mulching, the bald soil will thaw during the day and freeze at night, producing movement that can heave small plants up out of the soil. The crown of the plant will be dried out and either be injured or die over the winter. A concluding word on mulching, rose gardeners should not be in a big rush to mulch this fall. Putting down a layer of mulch now will do more harm than good. Fall freezes will not hurt the roses, so it is best to wait a few weeks for the soil to freeze before putting down a layer of your winter mulch to any rose. Prune or not to prune Specified perennials, such as peonies after their leaves have died, without a doubt need to be trimmed. The iris is also open to diseases and rotting and is better off if its leaves is trimmed back. The tree peony, however, is somewhat like a deciduous shrub with a woody stalk and won’t need to be trimmed, just fertilized around November and mulched for the onset of a cold winter. A little bit of clean up and trimming should be evident, fruits and vegetables left deteriorating on the earth will only bring disease and rodents. Trimming perennials that provide no winter appeal will lower the likelihood of pests, disease and other gardening troubles, and it will liven up the outdoor space by making clean lines and a clean slate for the spring. You can always leave perennials that have winter appeal, like sedum or black-eyed susan, and you always leave ornamental grasses there until spring. Texture and multi-colors of tan, brown and rust can be just as important to the winter garden as the bloom colors are to the garden of summer. Plants, such as broad leaf evergreens, like holly and azaleas, are inclined to feel winter dryness and are much better left uncut. So even if youve received kudos for the great color and design of your yard this season, we still need to clean up after the garden so that we are ready to start again in the spring. An Online Pharmacy Can Fill The Gap

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Chris_Robertson] Chris Robertson For the millions of Americans who are uninsured or underinsured, the out of pocket expense to order prescription drugs can put a strain on a family’s finances and their quality of life. Sometimes, families have to choose between buying medications and other financial needs. That’s why an online pharmacy can fill the gap and prevent people from having to make the difficult choice as to whether to buy medications or other of life’s necessities. Even discount pharmacies in the United States don’t provide the cheap prescription drugs that the best online pharmacies offer. The truth is, many online pharmacies offer the same drugs dispensed in the United States that are manufactured by the same pharmaceutical companies. Oftentimes, the difference is simply the cost. That’s because pharmaceutical companies have one set of prices for drugs in the United States and another, cheaper set of prices for drugs in other countries. That’s why the typical online pharmacy is based in Canada - it is able to get the same drugs from the same manufacturers, but can charge the customer less because their cost is less. For the best buy in prescription drugs, opt for generic medications from an online pharmacy. Generic drugs have the same active ingredients as their name brand counterparts, and work just as effectively, but cost much less. Generally, pharmaceutical companies are allowed to patent their drugs for a period of about ten years, during which time you can only purchase the brand name drug. After that time, however, other pharmaceutical companies are also allowed to manufacture generic versions of the drug, at much less cost. If you are currently taking a brand name drug, it’s worth inquiring as to whether a generic version is available, and asking your doctor if the generic form would be equally effective for you. Even if you prefer the brand name versions of prescriptions, an online pharmacy can still fill that prescription for you at a steep discount. The most popular brand name medications include Viagra, Cialis, Levitra, Propecia, Xenical, and Soma. However, generic versions of these drugs are also available. Ordering from an online pharmacy is easier than you think. You can fax your prescription to the online pharmacy, which will then fill the prescription and ship it to you in an unmarked package. For the uninsured or underinsured who cannot afford to visit their doctors for routine visits in order to obtain prescriptions, an online pharmacy may offer the option of a medical consultation. A medical consultation is an online form that is completed by the customer and review by the online pharmacy’s licensed physicians. Upon approval, the patient’s prescription will be filled. Hard Money Loan

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Martin_Lukac]Martin Lukac The hard money loan is a private loan in which actual cash is transferred from the lender to the borrower for the purpose of making a large purchase, usually a real estate purpose. The hard money loan is unusual because of the large transfer of hard money rather than the exchange of money through seller or lender carrying on the home. The hard money loan is a risky loan for lenders and often comes with a high interest rate. However, because the hard money loan is a private loan, the terms and agreements of the hard money loan are generally negotiable. Understanding the hard money loan The hard money loan is often expressed in complex real estate terminology which makes it difficult to understand but the hard money loan is actually a very simple concept. It is the provision of an actual cash loan made to a borrower by a private lender. The hard money loan is not subject to the stringent guidelines of a federal or conglomerate lending institution and is therefore negotiable with the lender. People who apply for the hard money loan The hard money loan is a private loan which does not require the same stringent guidelines as other loan types. For this reason, the hard money loan is often sought by people who: Have a history of bad credit Have no credit Have previously had a home foreclosure Have unverifiable income Must refinance immediately Need hard money In other words Another way of thinking about the hard money loan is to consider it the pawn shop equivalent for real estate. The hard money loan is available with few questions asked and is given in cash. The cash can be used, as intended, for the financing of the home or it can be used by the borrower in some other fashion. Either way, the hard money loan will still need to be repaid and the home is at stake. This makes the hard money loan a risky loan. Pros and cons to a risky loan The hard money loan is risky to the lender because of the commonly poor credit history of the hard money loan borrower. This means that the hard money loan lender is in a prime position to charge a high interest rate and excessive repayment failure penalty fees. This puts the hard money loan borrower in a negative position. The benefit is that, as a private loan, it is easier to qualify for the risky loan and the terms are somewhat negotiable in comparison to other loan types. The hard money loan is risky for the borrower because of the accessibility to large amounts of cash. The hard money loan provides cash to the borrower which the borrower must be responsible for in terms of using it appropriately. Failure to make repayment on the hard money loan can result in excessive debt, bad credit and even home foreclosure.
